Here too I limit myself to the capital. The restaurant scene in Havana is better and more diverse than ever before! For many years there have been very good, mainly privately run restaurants, but now new ones are added almost daily. Since you don't know if and how well these restaurants will last, I limit myself to the tried and tested gourmet restaurants. They are rather expensive for Cuba - but fantastically good!
